With the approval of the Shanghai Municipal Government, Shanghai Synica Corporation Ltd., a company transformed from the pilot plant of Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, was established on September 29, 2000. Upon the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the company issued A-Shares on June 11,2003 and was listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange on June 26,2003. Reform project was implemented on June 15, 2006, after the approval in the first temporary shareholders conference in the year of 2006. The total amount of capital stocks was raised to 88 million A-shares with the reformation of being divided into the circulating stocks with the selling conditions and the ones without the selling conditions. |
